By using DevSpy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use DevSpy. It's that simple.
DevSpy connects to your Git repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) via OAuth and analyzes commit metadata to provide activity metrics and productivity insights. We don't store your source code, just metadata about commits.
The insights are only as good as the data in your repos. If your devs aren't committing to Git, DevSpy can't help you.
You're responsible for:
Don't do anything illegal or abusive with DevSpy. This includes:
The Free tier is free forever. Professional is $11/developer/month, billed monthly. Enterprise pricing is custom.
We offer a 14-day free trial of Professional features. No credit card required. If you don't upgrade after the trial, you'll automatically drop to the Free tier.
You can cancel anytime. No contracts, no penalties. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Your data is yours. We don't sell it, we don't share it (except with OpenAI for AI analysis, per our Privacy Policy), and we don't use it to train models. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days.
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we're not perfect. DevSpy is provided "as is" without warranties. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but occasional downtime happens.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from your settings.
DevSpy provides data and insights. What you do with that data is your responsibility. We're not liable for employment decisions, terminations, or team dynamics that result from using DevSpy. (That's between you and your HR department.)
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify you via email if the changes are significant. Continued use of DevSpy means you accept the updated terms.
